Getting the most out of PDF Workbench
Arrange, combine, extract
Add multiple PDFs to combine them. Drag thumbnails to change the order, or select pages and use the move arrows. Rotate, duplicate or remove selected pages, and use Undo if you change your mind. Extract selected downloads just that selection; Split into pages saves each page separately in a ZIP.
Add the details
Choose a page, then add text or images using percentage positions. Existing fillable forms appear in Form fields. Finish adds watermarks and page numbers. Preview output shows the completed document before you download.
A few useful limits
Added text sits on top of the page; this tool does not rewrite existing PDF paragraphs. Password-protected PDFs and XFA forms are not supported. Very large documents depend on your device’s available memory. Keep your original documents; work here is cleared when you reload or close this page.
